RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns will ONLY be accepted if a proper unboxing video is provided.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Package condition before opening

    • Opening process without cuts

    • Product inside the package

⚠️ No return requests will be accepted without this video proof.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing item

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Custom-made jewellery

  • Minor color/appearance variations (natural gemstones)

4. Return Request Timeline

  • Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Replacements

  • Replacement will be provided where applicable instead of refund

7. Rejection of Return

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • Video proof is not provided

  • Product is tampered or used

  • Claim is found invalid
